Pursuant to Section 382 of the Water Act 2000 Underground Water Impact Report

Anglo Coal (Moranbah North Management) Pty Ltd has prepared an Underground Water Impact Report (UWIR) in accordance with the requirements of Section 370 of the Water Act 2000 (Qld) (Water Act). The UWIR relates to the exercise of underground water rights on Mining Lease (ML) 700042.

ML700042 is located approximately 8.5 km north of Moranbah, as shown in Figure 1 below.

A copy of the UWIR is available to download below. A hard copy of the UWIR may also be obtained by contacting Jason Fittler at [email protected].

Any person may make a written submission about the UWIR. Submissions must be given to Anglo Coal (Moranbah North Management) Pty Ltd and mailed to:

Your submission must be in writing and received by 5pm AEST on 23 June 2025.

In accordance with section 383(1) of the Water Act, Anglo Coal (Moranbah North Management) Pty Ltd will consider each properly made submission about the UWIR.

Please note that copies of all received submissions must be given to the chief executive, in accordance with Section 382(3)(d) of the Water Act. The submissions will be part of the assessment process for the UWIR.
